Field Services Specialist

General Information about position and Miche: Miche, LLC—an international leading designer of innovative, branded designer handbags—is seeking candidates for the full-time position of Field Services Specialist to provide outside field support and problem resolution to Independent Miche Representatives and customers at its Home Office headquarters in South Jordan, UT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers questions and concerns from the field through phone calls and tickets.
  • Follows up on order inquiries, shipments, returns, adjustments cancellations and gets back to the Representative within 48 hours.
  • Maintains a general understanding of Miche’s compensation plan to assist with field questions.
  • Teams up with other departments as needed to help the field.
  • Recognizes leaders in the field to work with Field Development.

Requirements (including education and years of experience):

  • Strong problem-solving and Customer Service skills a must
  • Solution-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Call Center experience
  • Experience/understanding in Home Party Direct Sales
  • Strong understanding and ability to navigate computer systems
  • Bi-lingual candidates who speak Spanish are a plus!

Pay Grade and Salary Range of position: N-16 $13.00/hr

Systems Administrator

General Information about position and Miche: Miche, LLC—an international leading designer of innovative, branded designer handbags—is seeking candidates for the full-time position of Systems Administrator at its Home Office headquarters in South Jordan, UT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and configure Windows servers, SAN, NAS and other systems as required
  • Maintain Exchange Server
  • Responsible for disaster recovery plan and daily backups
  • Monitor the systems and performance to identify/resolve issues
  • Perform equipment installation, upgrades, patches and configuration as required
  • Assist in implementation and maintaining system monitoring tools to ensure optimal system utilization and performance
  • Provide internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance
  • Supervise Desktop Administrator and help desk support
  • Will be expected to maintain and update phone systems as required. This includes troubleshooting; create user profiles, new feature installations, enhancements and monitoring.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements (including education and years of experience):

  • Experience installing and administrating Microsoft Windows server operating systems
  • Experience installing and administrating Microsoft Windows Exchange server
  • Experience with server and IO virtualization technologies including UCS and Xsigo, and hypervisors VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, KVM, etc.
  • Demonstrated success and experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows (all versions including Server Core and HPC) and related technologies, along with some Linux experience
  • Knowledge and experience with networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP and other standard Internet protocols
  • At least 4 years’ experience managing IT systems for a mid-size company.
  • Experience with Mac a plus
  • Experience supporting a data center is a plus
  • Clustered environments experience a plus
  • Knowledge of traditional and leading-edge voice options including SIP, TDM voice, IP telephony, PBX systems
  • Four year college techncal degree or Microsoft MSCE or equivalent certification
  • Security administration and policy creation
  • An understanding of working within a domain-environment is a must
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Must be able to provide 24x7 on call support for data center emergencies

Pay Grade and Salary Range of position: E-20 $60,000 + DOE
