Shipping from www.michebag.com usually takes around 5-7 business days, depending on where you are in the United States. We ship all orders from Valencia, CA. Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, an order placed on a Thursday will be mailed Friday but an order placed on Friday will not be mailed until Monday. Also keep in mind that we ship via ground and packages will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, so please plan accordingly if you need to receive your package within a certain time frame. We will email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. If you do not receive a shipping notification please contact us at 877.716.4243 for the status of your order.
The Prima Miche Bag is 5” (wide) x 15” (long) x 12” (tall). The Demi Miche Bag is is 7" (wide) x 14" (long) x 9.5" (tall). The Classic Miche bag is 5.75" (wide) x 11.75" (long) x 6.5" (tall). The Petite is 4“ (wide) x 8“ (long) x 6” (tall).

Miche offers a 30-Day Trial on all products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact Miche Bag within 30 days of the date of purchase for refund or exchange. Consumer agrees to arrange shipping of product back to Miche .
To return a product, please first contact us at 877.716.4243 to arrange for approval. Please include the date of original purchase, order number, and items being returned.
- All returned product must be in original condition and free of damage. If Classic Shells are returned to us folded in thirds, they are not considered resellable and WILL NOT be eligible for a refund
- All returns are subject to prior approval of Miche.
- Items returned without approval of Miche may not be eligible for exchange.
Miche products ordered through a local Representative must be returned to the original point of purchase.
For all returns and exchanges, please contact us at 877.716.4243, Option 4 to start a refund/exchange request. Please keep the following things in mind for refunds and exchanges:
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. If Classic or Petite Shells are returned to us folded in thirds, they are not considered resellable and WILL NOT be eligible for a refund
- Miche does not cover return shipping costs. These will need to be covered by you in the case of an exchange.

To change the straps open the metal ring that attaches the straps to the bag. To open the ring, just push down on the top (you might have to push hard to unlatch it). It will open allowing you to slide out the straps and attach the new ones.

The Miche design team uses a variety of materials in the production of Shells. The most commonly used product is polyurethane. This material is very popular in the fashion industry due to its durability and versatility and is often referred to as "faux leather."
If your Shell or Base Bag becomes slightly soiled, you may wipe the bag or Shells with a damp cloth.
When removing a Shell from the Base, pull it from the center to prevent unnatural bending at the corners.
The Miche Closet Organizer comes in two sizes and is ideal for easy access and storage of Miche shells. With its sleek design, and the minimal space it takes up, you may be inspired to reorganize your whole closet!
Without the organizer it is best to store Shells flat with a piece of protective material, such as tissue paper, between each Shell. This will protect all your Shells from transferring color onto each other—which is one of the characteristics of polyurethane.
We use a specific type of permanent magnets called "earth magnets". They are effective at holding the Shell in place and are generally harmless! Miche is not aware of an instance where our magnets have damaged credit cards, cell phones or cameras.
Miche is not aware of an instance where our magnets have damaged pacemakers. Nonetheless, each consumer's pacemaker, overall health condition and physician's recommendation will not be the same. Thus, before purchasing a Miche Bag, please consult with the manufacturer of your pacemaker as well as your physician about the safety of our products in regards to your particular circumstances.
