How long does shipping take?

Shipping from www.MicheBag.com usually takes around 5-7 business days, depending on where you are in the United States. We ship all orders from Salt Lake City, UT. We do e-mail you your shipping number as soon as your order ships out, so keep checking your e-mail for that, or e-mail support@michebag.com if you have any questions on the status of your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled before the order has been shipped (usually within 24 hours)are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund less shipping and handling.

What are the Miche Bag and Miche shells made of?

The exterior of the bag is made of a silk/polyester blend. The shell material varies depending on the style, but can be: leather, faux leather, faux crocodile skin, faux cheetah fur, regular nylon, textured nylon, canvas, and cotton.

What are the dimensions of the Miche Bag?

The Miche bag is 5.75" (wide) x 11.75" (long)x 6.5" (tall)

What's your return policy?

Any item ordered on www.MicheBag.com is covered by our 30-day refund policy. If you ordered somewhere other than www.MicheBag.com, please contact the original seller. If you have trouble finding contact information for the original seller, please e-mail info@michebag.com

How do I return/exchange a product?

For all returns and exchanges, please contact support@michebag.com to start a refund/exchange request. Please keep the following things in mind for refunds and exchanges:

  • 1. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
  • 2. MicheBag.com does not cover return shipping costs - these will be deducted from your refund total or will need to be covered by you in the case of an exchange.
  • 3. Refund and exchange requests outside of the 30-day purchase window will not be honored.

Can Miche Bag magnets cause damage to credit cards, cell phones, or other electronic equipment?

This is an excellent question, and one we get quite often. Our magnets are permanent and are called "earth magnets" - while this is great for holding the shell in place, it carries the benefit of being absolutely harmless to credit cards, iPod's, cell phones, and other similar electronic devices. An "earth magnet" would have to be the size of your fist or larger to damage any of those items. So don't worry - your Miche Bag will do no harm!

Since we regularly add new products and shells to our site, we do not have a catalog at this time; however, you can check www.MicheBag.com for our full selection of shells and bags!
