Item Returns & Exchanges

Miche Bag offers a 30-Day Trial on all products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact Miche Bag within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a one-time credit (minus fees) towards new product of equal or greater value. Consumer agrees to arrange shipping of product to MicheBag.com and to pay an additional shipping and handling fee of $9.95 on exchanges.

To return a product, please first e-mail returns@michebag.com to arrange for approval. Please include the date of original purchase, order number, and items being returned. A Miche Bag representative will contact you within 7-business days with approval or denial.

All returned product must be in original condition and free of damage. All returns are subject to prior approval of MicheBag.com. Items returned without approval of MicheBag.com may not be eligible for exchange.

Miche products ordered at a retail location must be returned to the point of purchase - no exceptions.
